TfL reveals £155m LIP distribution
London mayor Boris Johnson has announced how next year’s £155m local implementation plan funding will be distributed to boroughs. The distribution, allocated largely on a formula basis, sees £50m allocated to corridor schemes, £35.1m to neighbourhoods, £24m to area-based schemes, £22.3m to maintenance and £12.5m to ‘smarter travel’. TfL is allocating £1.49m to the eight boroughs through which the two cycling superhighway pilot routes...
