Clark drives forward DfT’s plans for city and regional networks
Regional Funding Allocations, concessionary fares reimbursement and future urban transport policy are among the items in transport minister Paul Clark’s in-tray. He tells Andrew Forster how he’s tackling some of the thorny issues

Paul Clark was one of three new transport ministers appointed in last October’s reshuffle. In the DfT’s Eddington-speak, the MP for Gillingham and Rainham was given lead responsibility for city and regional transport networks and was also tasked with shadowing the work of Lord Adonis on national networks.
