A38 Dobwalls bypass, Cornwall
The A38 Dobwalls bypass has been partially opened to traffic. Westbound traffic follows a contraflow system onto the eastbound carriageway between the existing Liskeard junction with New Road and the new Looe Mills junction on Lantoom Hill.
